This product has been developed for the true enthusiasts: the Risottini truffle & wild mushroom.
Crispy and creamy, and most of all tasty due to the particularly fine flavor combination of truffle and wild mushrooms.
STORE COLD, SERVE WARM
Store the Risottini in the freezer. Then wit on zero, fry on 175°C.
Fry the balls frozen in fresh frying oil for 4 to 5 minutes. Klein & Kok advises to always use a timer! When unfrozen; only 2 to 3 minutes.
Let the risottini rest for 1 minute to allow the heat to dissipate well.
THE PERFECT SERVE
Klein & Kok advises to serve the Risottini without a dip, but with a smile! Pampering for your guests.
Serve possibly in combination with a cold beer or glass of wine, but drink in moderation/with mates.
