The guys behind the Risottini are Daan Klein and Merijn Kok.
During their studies at Hotelschool the Hague, they got to know each other and found their common mission: to renew the Dutch snack menu.
Risottini are available for the hospitality industry in two different flavor variations.
The mozzarella & tomato Risottini, and the truffle & wild mushroom Risottini. Both Dutch on the outside, Italian on the inside!
